We, Children’s Paradise, collect, process and use your personal data only with your consent to the purposes agreed with you or if any other legal basis exists in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter „GDPR“); this in compliance with the data protection and civil law provisions.
Only personal data will be collected that are necessary for the execution and settlement of our billing, as well as the ongoing operation.
Personal data are all data that contain details of personal or factual circumstances, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, video recordings, photos, voice recordings of persons as well as biometric data such as fingerprints (painting with finger paints etc .).
